Piped instance: some videos can't be played

Using adminforge instance in piped preferences (Instance Selection: adminforge_de) this video can’t be played:

That video is played fine using the official instance but not adminforge.de.

Here is what I see in dev tools:

Not seeing this using official kavin rocks instance.
