When using hard dnsforge de, the domain s.youtube.com is blocked, and youtube history breaks. I think this comes from steveblack blocklist.
Could you whitelist this domain on hard.dnsforge.de? Or remove stevenblack (if it really is the only list blocking it)?
s.youtube.com is on the Steven Black and hblock list. It breaks certain YouTube functionality. We are removing both lists from hard.dnsfroge.de for this reason.

I tried using this dns, but both dnsforge and hard.dnsforge are blocking s.youtube.com even though according to the website it shouldn’t.

No I am not, when I turn off the private dns s.youtube.com works again.
That is weird. It works here (with hard.dsnforge.de). For the regular dnsforge it’s explicitly whitelisted.
There must be something else going on on your side. Can you try with a different computer/smartphone?
I just tried https://dnsforge.de/dns-query on my laptop and it does indeed work.
But when I use dnsforge.de on my phone it still doesn’t work.
Nevermind, I restarted my phone and it appears to be working again. I guess it didn’t apply the new dns until after I restarted.

Didn’t you remove stevenblack from basic dnsforge.de too?
It’s even more important to remove it from the basic.
Someone who cares is also blocking s.youtube.com and breaking youtube history. Please take a look at it. So it’s stevenblack and someonewhocares breaking youtube. If you can, remove both from basic and hard versions.
at dnsforge basic the stevenblack list is ok, because we can whitelist there. this has already been done for s.youtube.com. the domain has been whitelisted for a very long time.
